Lee Miller is the Director of Virtual Design, Construction and Operations (VDCO) at The LiRo Group, an architecture, engineering and construction firm with projects for a variety of public and private sectors in the Northeast and West Coast.  Lee is responsible for proactively identifying and strategically driving the implementation of emerging technology and VDCO initiatives. 

He is currently developing client focused VDCO solutions for building and infrastructure projects using data-driven methods to ensure efficient, progressive, and consistent project performance.
Lee has extensive experience driving BIM transformation, optimizing design process, and developing interoperable and integrated procedures to make the most efficient use of technology for design and construction.

He continues to lecture and present at various local and international institutions and events about these topics as well as emerging best practices.
