Currently Head of Human Resources at Schonfeld. In my current role I work to develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives with a global impact. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications & Public Relations from Marist College. I also have a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from New York University.
I have over 15 years of Human Resources experience including; recruitment/talent management, performance management, training and development, benefits and compensation, HR policy development, HRIS design and implementation and HR generalist duties. Past industry experience includes roles in the legal, finance and tech industries.
