Jenna is an experienced management consultant, educator, facilitator of difficult conversations across complex teams, and leadership coach. Jenna served on the founding team of a KIPP school, as a School Director for Teach for America, and as an Education Pioneer Fellow. For the last 10 years, Jenna has specialized in designing retreats and learning experiences for leadership teams around the country.
Jenna attended the Teleos Leadership Institute's Coach Development Training Program and is working toward becoming a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Jenna holds a Masters in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University, a Masters in the Science of Teaching from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Syracuse University.
